Something Craig Didn't Want Posted on His List
I love to visit the Craig's List website. Besides the flea market, where else can you find cement blocks for 25 cents or offers like "Treadmill for sale $50.00 OBO. Never used. I get my exercise from desk diving!"
I decided to submit my own post on the Craig's List website with the best intentions. Oddly enough, my post was rejected. You can see it the post below. You will have to click on the image below for a better view.
I accompanied my post with picture number one.
Because I deleted pic number 2, the actual list in picture number 3.
I am hoping to get some serious offers on this find. If I fail on this mission, I will have to leave it up to upper management on other means of cutting their costs. I know that the mail counts on the rural routes have trimmed up to $6000 a year on some routes. Overtime has been totally obliterated amongst city carriers and postal clerks. We are holding our end of the bargain.
We are in store for a rocky ride after 2010 with the implentation of FSS and the expiration of our respective crafts contracts.
The fight is never about mail volume and numbers. It is always about the people.
Hallmark "I Do" Card - Gay Marriage Cards
What a flap! Another company falling prey and capitalizing on "same-sex" union. Too bad, I thought they promoted family values. - Victoria
HALLMARK SAYS "I DO" TO GAY MARRIAGE CARDS
Most states don't recognize gay marriage - but now Hallmark does.
The nation's largest greeting card company is rolling out same-sex wedding cards - featuring two tuxedos, overlapping hearts or intertwined flowers, with best wishes inside. "Two hearts. One promise," one says.
Hallmark added the cards after California joined Massachusetts as the only U.S. states with legal gay marriage. A handful of other states have recognized same-sex civil unions.
The language inside the cards is neutral, with no mention of wedding or marriage, making them also suitable for a commitment ceremony. Hallmark says the move is a response to consumer demand, not any political pressure.

If you've gotten a message from some guy named Faustin (or something like that) asking for money, you don't need to report it. I've already deleted his account.

My thought
I've sat back and looked at the WWE roster on all three programs, and I've come up with a couple of matches I would love to see.
1: Big Show and the Great Khali against Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder v.s The Miz and John Morrison v.s Jesse and Festus in a TLC match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship.
2: The Undertaker v.s HHH in a Casket match for the WWE Championship.
3: C. M. Punk v.s Kofi Kingston for the World Heavyweight Championship.
4: Jeff Hardy v.s Evin Bourne
These are just a few of the matches I would love to see. I have a couple of gimmick matches I would love to see the WWE utilize. Especially a one time match for the Royal Rumble. The only thing that I can really say right now about this match is that it would probably be the BIGGEST and BEST match that has ever been done in the entire wrestling industry.

7 Things that Sap Your Spiritual Energy
Non-Emotional Spirit Sappers!
by Janice Taylor, Life & Wellness Coach and 50 pound big-time-loser.
Sometimes things get in our way and weigh us down, stop us from moving forward, muck up the works and inadvertently send us to the fridge, and these things may have nothing whatsoever to do with our emotions.
Some of these non-emotional spiritual sappers fall below our conscious radar and are computed by our subconscious. So take a moment to stop, be aware, look around, listen, and take note.
What is seriously sapping your spiritual energy? Your resolve? Your energy?
Our Lady of Weight Loss's
Top Seven Things that Sap Your Spiritual Energy
1. CLUTTER silently gnaws, bites, and nibbles away at your calm center as it takes up valuable air and space.
What to do? Clean up, of course! Make order (humans love order). Read "Miracle of Clearing Proportions.
2. LOUD NOISES grate, aggravate, annoy and irritate and can wind you up and drive you mad!
What to do? Wear ear plugs! From $1 to $187.50
3. AIR POLLUTION can negatively impact on our health, cause coughs, burning eyes, breathing problems and even death (which would surely sap spiritual energy).
What to do? True, we have no choice but to breathe, however, we can avoid high-traffic industrialized areas on poor air quality days (my head is spinning that we've created such a planet). Protect yourself and the air you breath!
4. DEHYDRATION dries, shrivels and depresses. Our bodies are more than 75 percent water, our blood is more than 80 percent water, our muscles more than 75 percent water and our brains more than 76 percent water! We NEED water to think!
What to do? Bottoms up, plain and simple. Drink 6 to 8 glasses every day! Our Lady has plenty to say on the topic!
5. WORRYING clutters the mind, drains, takes up valuable thinking time and carries some heavy-duty negative health effects with it.
What to do? Meditate, listen to music, chant!
6. SLEEP DEPRIVATION brings on feelings of irritability, impatience and depression. It weakens the immune system and leaves dark circles on ones eyes.
What to do? Get a good night's rest! (Duh!) Stanford U. has some tips on sleeping!
7. TELEVISION deadens the mind and puts you into a non-active, non-thinking state. You disappear all right, but not in a good way.
What to do? Escape into a book. Or into something interactive that teaches. I highly recommend EdHeads.org. Have FUN!
Spread the word, NOT the icing,
Janice

SOME PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED ALREADY FOR 2008 MTV VMA'S
Rihanna is back for another performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, along with Pink, Paramore and T.I., who will be making his first appearance at a major awards show since his arrest right before an awards ceremony last year.
The VMAs are set for Sept. 7 in Los Angeles, with British comedian Russell Brand as the host. Performers already announced include the Jonas Brothers, Lil Wayne and Kid Rock.
Rihanna, who appeared with Chris Brown to sing her song "Umbrella" at last year's VMAs, is slated to perform her No. 1 hit "Disturbia"; Paramore plans to sing "Misery Business," while Pink is scheduled to showcase her new song "Say What."
"I can't wait," Pink said Thursday, adding that she plans to "blow stuff up."
Rapper T.I.'s appearance will be noteworthy given that the last time he was scheduled to perform at an awards show, he was arrested instead.
He was apprehended in the parking last October before the BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta and accused of trying to buy machine guns and silencers. He was sentenced earlier this year to serve about a year in prison after completing at least 1,000 hours of community service
Strip table tennis anyone?
Womens' table tennis hasn't been terribly popular at the Olympics this year, I gather.
So the Vice-President of the International Table Tennis Federation, Claude Bergeret suggested its appeal might be improved if only the women wore tighter-fitting clothes.
Shirts with more curves, not the ones made for men, he suggests. Tighter shorts, perhaps showing nice curvy asses bending over table suggestively to reach for the drop-shots?
Well that makes sense. It's only a short paddle down the river from full-scale porn and that seems to sell anything these days.
Actually, the sport of table tennis has been sold down the river several times by its governing body in the name of popularity. They chopped the 21 point game down into smaller segments to appeal to the attention-deficient.
They also decided to make the ball bigger so that it was more easily visible on television, attracting both viewers, and more importantly, money from sponsors.
If they can make the balls bigger at the drop of a hat, it's logical to make the girls' breasts look bigger. Spice it up. More bounce to the ounce. They would all have to have names ending in 'i' such as Candi and Mitzi - top table tennis totty.
It's amazing they haven't thought of it before. After all, we've been playing strip table tennis at our village hall for years. The only other woman player and myself were quite selective though. We would indulge on selected nights when conditions were right.
It was usually in the dead of winter when the temperature was close to freezing or just below; the kind of night where you had to give your fingers a good massage before you could even persuade them to pick up the bat.
We'd start a practice knock-up still wearing hats, scarves, gloves, fleeces, sweatshirts, T shirts and long trousers over shorts. As we got warmer and started playing more fluidly, so the layers were discarded.
Depending on the number of layers and the degree of warm-up, the stripping took from fifteen to thirty minutes before we were both match-ready and down to the thermals.
So that's one idea for Monsieur Bergeret to get his teeth into.
Today, a friend was eagerly searching for internet news of the GB Olympic cycling successes when he found this:
"Chris Hoy Wins 2 Gold In Team And Single Man stumbles upon a girl in bikini, holds her down, and has his way with her on the beach. These two hardcore teen lesbians fondle and bath each other."
Sounds to me like the sort of thing which, if adapted to ladies table tennis, Claude might get enthusiastic about – and pretty much guarantees some kind of male audience, no matter what size the balls....which just leaves just the small matter of seeking co-operation from the women players....
Applejacks
Agnès is gamine, with shiny black hair cut short and dark brown eyes. She has come to London to improve her English but misses Marseilles intensely. This cold, damp winter, in a flat without central heating, is chilling her to the core. She comes home each evening to huddle under a blanket beside the portable gas heater. If she does not succumb to pneumonia, I fear she will catch fire, sitting so close to the flames.
One Friday evening she treats us to a huge vat of couscous aux legumes. She never cooks for less than a dozen. Whole carrots, plum tomatoes, chick peas and aubergines go into the pot. We sit round the table, peeling and chopping, a jumble of accents swapping work stories: flatmates brought together by friends' chance remarks.
Today Agnès is triumphant. She has a new job in the bakery up the street. Motherly women with floury bosoms preside over the counter, purchases totted up on a paper bag. In a glass fronted display case, plastic footballers, miniature wedding day couples, gilt numbers and tartan clad teddies await future celebrations. Agnes will work from 8 am to 4 pm, with a cup of tea and the cake of her choice mid morning. She proudly shows us the gingham tabard she is to wear.
The following evening Agnès is poring over a dictionary. "C'est très difficile," she explains. "Applejack, what is it? Et bap?" To a mother tongue English speaker, bakery terminology is perplexing; to a student of English, it is baffling. "Will that be a split top or a Coburg?" the baker's wife asks, in reply to my request for a small white loaf. "The bloomers are fresh this morning and I'm waiting on the seeded plaits," she continues as I hesitate. The wooden counter has yellow Formica partitions dividing the cake display. Bakewell tarts and lardy cakes sit alongside Viennese fingers and coconut pyramids. Yesterday's bread is half price, "for the birds", but the wizened old lady who buys some does not look as though she could walk as far as the park.
Today, over a decade later, I am sitting in just such a bakery, a rare find these days. The children have rushed to their favourite table beside the celebration cake display. We take so long choosing that we have to ask for extra time. Coffee comes in two guises: white or black. Elevenses is our reward for the mile walk to get here. An Eccles, a macaroon and a slice of bread pudding complete our order. Beside us, a man in a tartan shirt spoons sugar into his tea and takes a bite of his bacon butty. No mocha-choca frappuccino or skinny latte ever tasted this good.
The old fashioned English bakery is not an international brand. No marketeers have dreamt up rock cakes, parkin or genteel melting moments. Battenbergs and coconut kisses, baked daily, have no sell by dates. As they quietly disappear, we will be swamped by marshmallow twizzles and mango muffins. Our drinks will come in buckets rather than cups. Jazz musak will deaden the pain.

CM Punk is Wrestling!
CM Punk is the best wrestler in The WWE right now. He does a pretty good promo and his matches are entertaining. I dont understand why him being Champ is a problem. Now he is not the same guy he was in ROH but I like the way he paints an in ring story. I never ask people to stop hating on this guy or that guy but I will say he has as much of a right to the title as Shawn,Cena, JBL and Batista.
The peace and anticipation of my life.
Do you read the Bible and/or attend church? We are on the verge of something wonderful. I can see every day God's plan being fulfilled when I watch this news. We have seen the first two horses of Revelation. As our weather patterns change it will be harder and harder to grow food and have food to feed our livestock. That is the black horse of Revelation who will be followed by the pale horse (sickness). When we are malnourished we will be more apt to get sick. There are also other Plagues and castisements.
So why am I so happy? Whether or not I survive this time of Jacob's trouble. I as eventualy everyone, will have a place in God's Kingdom on Earth. So I have peace no matter what happens.
Read and study your Bible and ancient history, and you will realize who we really are. You can get a lot of info free from www.UCG.org.
